Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Baby Boutiques Deals will happily replace any faulty dinnerware products purchased from our online store or marketplace within one month of purchase. Please contact us at contact@babyboutiquedeals.com.au with your details and information regarding the faulty product and we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible.

Please note, products damaged due to extreme force or inappropriate use are not covered by this policy.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund within 15 days from the date of purchase (excluding sale items).

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable

All returns must be made within 15 days of the tracked delivery date. For products that are damaged or faulty under normal use, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit equal to the original product's value.

For change of mind returns, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. These returns will be eligible for store credit or a replacement only, excluding postage/shipping costs.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty. We recommend using tracked return postage to safeguard against loss in transit.

For change of mind returns, customers will bear all postage, packing, and shipping costs (both outbound and inbound). These costs will not be credited or refunded; only store credit or a replacement product will be offered if agreed upon as outlined below.

Refund requests must be made before returning any products. If a refund is approved for faulty products, we will send a confirmation email with a return authorization (RA) number, which must be clearly visible on the return package. Returns without an RA number cannot be processed.
